A Florida native born and raised in Plant City, Sandi brings extensive market knowledge and a highly personalized approach to customers throughout Central Florida.

Sandi began her real estate career in property management with Five Star Realty in Punta Gorda, overseeing seasonal and annual rentals before transitioning into residential sales. A licensed Florida REALTOR® since 2004, her experience spans residential and luxury properties, corporate relocation and assisting military and veteran families. Prior to real estate, she held positions in human resources with Alcoa/Alumax, Hillsborough County Public Utilities and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Throughout her career, Sandi has earned recognition for both production and service. At her previous brokerage, JMG, she was named the top Florida salesperson for four consecutive years from 2020 through 2023 and qualified for the President's Club and Chairman's Circle. She is also a Certified Veteran Specialist and a preferred real estate agent with Veterans United. Her industry expertise has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, FOCUS Magazine and the Naples Daily News, among other media outlets.

Sandi holds a Bachelor of Science in business management with a minor in human resources from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®. She attributes her success to continued education, strong communication and a thorough understanding of every aspect of a real estate transaction. Her hands-on approach centers on anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring customers remain informed and confident throughout the process. Guided by the belief that luxury is an experience rather than a price point, Sandi delivers the same level of care, attention and expertise to every customer she represents.

Outside of real estate, Sandi enjoys traveling, kayaking, spending time at the beach and exploring Florida's natural beauty. An avid Tampa Bay sports fan, she and her family are Tampa Bay Buccaneers season ticket holders and enjoy cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Rays. She frequents local markets and restaurants and has a particular appreciation for historic homes and architecture.
